Guaranteed Search Engine Optimization:

At the beginning of the seo promotion we agree upon the list of targeted keywords. Generally this list is comprised of between 5 or 6 target phrases. These are the phrases that I guarantee to get listed in the 7 major search engines. The major search engines are UltaVista, AllTheWeb, AOL, Ask, Google, Live, Yahoo

The guarantee will be met if the following minimum conditions are attained:

  • Your primary keyword phrase will appear on the first page of one or more of the major search engines.

  • You will attain at least a minimum of three top 10 rankings on the major search engines across all of your selected keyword phrases.

  • You will attain at least a minimum of five top 30 rankings on the major search engines across all of your targeted keyword phrases.

Remember... This is only the minimum search engine position rankings you can expect.
 Normally my results are much better then these minimum guaranteed positions.

What is covered by the guarantee?
You will achieve at least the minimum conditions stated in the guarantee. Once the targeted keyword phrases have been determined and agreed to by the client and the search engine optimization started, all expenses are covered by me under this guarantee. You will not pay anything for the promotion unless it is successful.

What's not covered by the guarantee?
Only those items which take the control of optimization out of my hands are not covered by this guarantee.

1) This includes link building, paid reviews and other services. If you want your web site to rank well for highly competitive keywords, it may require doing a considerable amount of link building. It is for this reason that highly competitive keywords are excluded from this guarantee. Link building is a separate option from the basic seo service. Get more information about link building

2) New domain names are also excluded from Google rankings under this guarantee for up to 8 months because of Google's sandbox. Get more information about Google's sandbox

3) The seo maintenance contract is a different contract and is separate from this agreement.

Is there a SEO service contract?
Yes there is a contract. The minimum term of the contract is the time it takes to complete the the minimum required conditions of the promotion. The maximum duration of the seo contract is 4 months.

Note: Modifications to your web page may be quickly picked up by the search engines but it can sometimes take up to 3 months before these changes are reported in the search results. This is true for the initial optimization, the maintenance updates and/or the link building work.

How do I get my money back?
Should a promotion prove to be unsuccessful, I will have the money returned to you in the same manner it was paid within 30 days of the end of the contract.
