2. Deposits
   • If you cancel your web design project within the 30 day money back guarantee period and request a refund, your total payments to Gateway Services for the web design project minus any deposit that was paid will be eligible for a refund. Refund of the deposit money is at the sole discretion of Gateway Services. Gateway Services may decide to keep all or part of the deposit money to cover any losses it incurred on behalf of the client.

Refunds will not be applied to accounts that are past-due.

No refund will be issued for web hosting accounts that are terminated by the network provider for violations of their Acceptable use and terms & conditions agreements.

Refunds will only be made to the name, address, and credit card account on file.

In the event of legal action, the disputed money can be left with a reputable law office to hold until such time as the dispute is settled or the contract expires. Should this route be pursued, the client is responsible for any legal fees incurred. The jurisdiction of the case will be in the country of Antigua and Barbuda.
